I stayed in this well priced hotel for 2 days, had very lovely experience, thoroughly enjoyed its perfect location just next door to metro and bus and Casa Batllo. The breakfast offered was hearty and absolutely fantastic with yogurt, sweets plus Hash potatoes.

Breakfast perfect, perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the metro station Passeig de Gracia.
Communication with reception staff in English. The ladies there all knew "English", but only the phrases necessary for their daily work. If you asked about things that happened in the city or why this or that is the way it is, it was over immediately. Too bad, that could be improved.

Breakfast was good to very good. The staff was mostly friendly, especially at the reception, the situation is top. All in all, correct classification with three stars.
One room had to be changed because of hair in the bed, the rooms are modern but relatively small. Staff at breakfast sometimes commanded unnecessarily.

Spacious shower. Pleasant size of the room and the shower/WC room.
Colouring of the room and the breakfast room a little monotonous in brown in beige. Internet Corner not yet finished. Unfortunately, there is no comfortable seating in the room. Lighting at the sink from above, the face is in the shade when shaving.

proximity to major attractions, efficient luggage handling, interesting building history
Sound insulation needs improvement, I was bothered by hallway disturbances!!! Limited hot water during peak hours made my showers less enjoyable!!! Improvements in room security would create a better feeling of safety!!!

We explored the very nice underwater tunnel and the immense Oceanarium, both must-sees. The hotel was great location near the main attractions, made our city discovery easy and fun. We also attended La Mercè festival. The Pyromusical show was lovely! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast had good options.
The hairdryer in the room kept shutting off and was quite annoying. It took longer than expected to dry my hair.

The hotel manager, Senor Alvarez, & his staff were superb in responding to my circumstances. Without going into great detail, i became quite ill shortly after check in and had to be hospitalized. Their attentiveness to my needs and coordinating details with my family from abroad were nothing short of extraordinary.
Climate control in the room was a bit sketchy - it always seemed a bit warm & stuffy, but may be in part related to my illness & recuperation.

Very nice staff who are happy to help and give tips. The breakfast is really great, rich and varied. The room was quite big and the balcony too (we were on the 8th floor, at the top). Rooms were very clean, too. We will gladly come back :-)

I like the generous size of the room and the bathroom. the Location is fantastic.
The bath was very old with missing patches of outer coating. A kettle for a cup of coffee in the room would have been nice.
